Zoë‘s Kitchen

Opened in 1995 by John Cassimus, Zoë’s Kitchen was named for Cassimus’ mother, Zoë, who inspired the recipes now used by the chain. The Mediterranean/Greek-influenced menu offers guests a variety of freshly made chicken and pasta salads, pitas and grilled chicken sandwiches as well as vegetarian and vegan selections. All items are prepared from scratch. Grilling is the central cooking method while ingredients include lean protein, fresh fruits and vegetables, fresh herbs and olive oil. The chain currently has over 140 locations in 15 states. Shown here, Zoë’s’ signage.
